John Badon is a decorated U.S. Marine veteran whose career spans frontline combat, elite martial arts instruction, and strategic operations management. Beginning as an infantryman, John deployed to Iraq, where he led tactical operations, trained his unit in combat readiness, and demonstrated unwavering dedication, earning two Purple Hearts for his service. This combat experience shaped his disciplined approach to leadership and prepared him for advanced training roles, including his position as an Instructor Trainer at the Marine Corps Martial Arts Center of Excellence (MACE) in Quantico, Virginia. There, he earned a 4th Degree Black Belt and trained thousands of Marines and officers in both physical and ethical aspects of combat, emphasizing MCMAP’s “ethical warrior” ethos.

In his current role as the Assistant Chief of Staff, Operations at Front Line Mobile Health, John is responsible for managing and synchronizing the full spectrum of company operations. He oversees day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and personnel tasking to ensure that each department’s activities align with the company’s mission and objectives. His role also includes supporting client satisfaction efforts by aligning operations with customer needs and enhancing service delivery through continuous process improvements. John’s strategic responsibilities extend to long-term planning and training management, collaborating with senior leaders to execute initiatives that support the company’s growth and resilience.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending quality time with his family and actively practices jiu-jitsu, continuing his lifelong commitment to personal growth and discipline. His dedication to both his professional and personal endeavors reflect a balance between his passion for operational excellence and his commitment to family and self-improvement.
