Our Approach
Our Military Experience
Our core team is composed of former military medical providers, and most of our support personnel are all connected to the military or public safety by a family member. This shared understanding separates us in the marketplace. Over the last 20 years, our team has spent much of their lives separated from their families, serving overseas or in extended training rotations, providing good medicine in bad places. These shared experiences have helped us create a relationship of trust, understanding, and empathy with our public safety brethren — because we understand what it means to serve.
Methodology
We provide cost-effective, comprehensive health and wellness programs and suitability evaluations that recognize the roles that age and length-of-service play in the physical, behavioral, and operational health of public safety personnel. We follow current research in designing the flexible protocols that incorporate appropriate testing at each stage of a public safety professional’s career, from hire-to-retire.
From our clients
“Prior to our relationship with Front Line, we were uncharted in the health of our organization. We now have a plan in place to educate our staff about their health and have the resources to identify health issues on the front end — and address these issues before they become serious.”
— Rob Bocanegra, Assistant Fire Chief, Williamson County Emergency Services District #3, Hutto Fire Rescue
“Our partnership with Front Line has led to significant impacts in terms of managing our health and wellness — we rely on Front Line for medical expertise in our operational decision making.”
— Nicholas Perkins, Assistant Chief, Travis County Emergency Services District No 2
“Partnering with Front Line has allowed us to successfully identify and navigate critical illnesses within our membership. This has allowed us to perform a gap analysis to identify areas that need to be strengthened.”
— John Sullivan, Fire Chief, Georgetown Fire Department
