Our Approach

Led by Data
We deliver data-driven results to the public safety professionals personally, as well as delivering aggregate results to department leadership for enhanced decision making. This helps leadership create policies and justify programs that enhance individual and department performance. Our focus is on early detection of potentially life- or career-ending disease, as well as performance issues that can develop over time. We deliver our care in a compassionate and educational manner, so that, along with department leadership, we create a partnership that helps the individual stay healthy physically and mentally for an entire career.

Methodology
We provide cost-effective, comprehensive health and wellness programs and suitability evaluations that recognize the roles that age and length-of-service play in the physical, behavioral, and operational health of public safety personnel. We follow current research in designing the flexible protocols that incorporate appropriate testing at each stage of a public safety professional’s career, from hire-to-retire.
