Tony Elliott is the Associate Chief of Staff of Communications at Front Line Mobile Health, bringing a rich history in software development, IT, photography, design, and high-performance team development. With his background in visual storytelling, technical innovation, and IT management, Tony plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s communication strategies and technological advancements.
Early on in his career, communications set the tone for a lifelong career. Tony served in the Army National Guard as a Communications Specialist (31V). His role required he work tirelessly in support of the Army’s mission to “shoot, move, and communicate” by implementing, repairing, and maintaining secure communications systems and devices in an armor unit in Port Orchard, WA. While in the Army National Guard, he also served with the Washington State Patrol as a Communications Officer. Tony thrived in the fast-paced environment communicating emergency traffic between troopers and other public safety entities like fire departments, paramedics, and other police departments.
His career includes over 25 years as a software developer and IT professional, where he developed and managed software solutions, led IT projects, and implemented innovative, collaborative, transaction-based technologies that gave crucial insight into the health of the business. In his current role, Tony leads a technology team in the implementation of software systems and strategies that drive operational efficiency.
At Front Line Mobile Health, Tony also leads the marketing and design team, ensuring brand and message consistency in all facets of the organization. His team creates high-quality visuals for trade shows, industry publications, and other collateral for the organization.
Additionally, Tony leverages his competence and specialized experience as a Market Force Coach, a leadership development and organizational performance platform, to develop high-performing leaders and their teams at Front Line Mobile Health. Utilizing Market Force tools and concepts, he has coached industry executives and clients such as Microsoft, WeWork, Avis/Budget, Velocity Retail Group, Colliers International, and Rise Commercial Partners enhance their leadership skills and achieve higher levels of performance.
Outside of work, Tony loves to serve his world-wide community. For nearly 6 years he voluntarily served as the Chairman of the Board for a local charter school leading through a major board transition and a substantial real estate development resulting in a new school building and a state-of-the-art gymnasium. Tony also partners with the Northrise University Initiative as a leader in the Media Collective, a volunteer team of media professionals assembled to capture and tell the story of Northrise University in Zambia. These experiences allow him to contribute his skills to meaningful causes, showcasing the impact of education and community development.
