Hi, We're Front Line Mobile Health

Let's grow together.

At Front Line, we are a Veteran-Owned company who is leveraging our military experience to develop relevant health and wellness programs for Public Safety organizations that address the three leading causes of death – cardiovascular disease, cancer and suicide. Our mission is to provide a healthcare experience that revolutionizes the health of the individual while becoming a catalyst for meaningful change for Public Safety wellness programs across the nation.

In working at Front Line, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional, meaningful work and problem solve with innovative team members by your side. Our team is made up of doctors, physician assistants, and other specialists with extensive military, occupational, and workers’ compensation experience. Many of our team members are connected to the military or public safety through a family member or served previously. Together, we deliver “Medical Intelligence” to our patients and department leaders through a data-driven, educational, and relational approach that is unheard of in occupational medicine. Armed with data we provide about what ails their force, department leaders know where their liability lies and where they should devote their limited time and resources.

Like our patients, we know what it means to serve and deliver good medicine in bad places, bringing a unique perspective that provides a connection to our patients and department leaders. Front Line has experienced exponential growth and is rolling out nationwide expansion, with markets already established in Texas, Colorado, Georgia, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania. As such, Front Line is a start-up environment where you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and get creative about finding innovative, tech-driven solutions to delivering best-in-class healthcare that is both sustainable and scalable.

Here are three tips from Monica Tibball, RDMS, RVT Here are three tips from Monica Tibball, RDMS, RVT, our Ultrasound Technologist for our public safety professionals to live longer, healthier lives:

EXERCISE! Being that both my husband and I are both very active, we encourage all we know to get involved in exercise. I don't believe there is only one right way to do so but this is why our CPET testing is perfect. The results of the test can guide our public safety participants find what is going to help them see the benefits and live healthier lives. Get off the chair, sofa or whatever seat you sit on and get moving!

EAT WELL! This is where the magic happens. You have to make better choices rather than just choices. Small changes make it happen. I try to eat very well during the week; lean meats, good fats, vegetables and complex carbs, but then I still live life with cheat meals, mostly on the weekend. The key is moderation. There are some hard core ways of eating foods which may work great for some but in reality, find the better choices that will be sustainable for a life-long journey. Know how to balance these decisions and remember what the payout will be!

FAMILY/FRIEND TIME: It's easy to get caught up in work, chores or other things that consume us daily. But time is not on our side. The older I've gotten the more I appreciate family or and my close friends. I try to make time not only for my husband but my other family members and others I love. There is no price tag on memories with your loved ones!

Best fitness advice from our Physician Assistant, Best fitness advice from our Physician Assistant, Chelsea Conner:⠀
My best fitness tip for ANYONE is: Just start. ⠀
You don't have to workout 8 days a week for 2 hours a day. But you DO have to start! If you start by working out twice a week for 30 minutes with lighter weight, that is a win! If you later are working out 4 days a week for 45 minutes with moderate weight, that is a win! Perfection is the enemy of good - some weeks being good is good enough even if you aren't perfect (because no one can be perfect all the time)!⠀
⠀
No better day to start than National Fitness Day.⠀
