Chelsea Conner, APA-C

Chelsea Conner serves as the Chief of Sales at Front Line Mobile Health, where she leads the company’s efforts to expand and strengthen partnerships with public safety agencies across the country. She first joined Front Line as a staff provider, later managed the company’s candidate and new-hire physicals, and then advanced into sales leadership as Deputy of Sales. In her current role, she combines her clinical expertise with her leadership experience to help departments implement comprehensive health and wellness programs that support the safety and longevity of their personnel.

An Aeromedical Physician Assistant and U.S. Army veteran, Chelsea brings more than a decade of experience in executive medicine, occupational health, and aviation medicine. She has served as a Senior Brigade Physician Assistant, advising commanders, overseeing the readiness of more than 3,000 service members, and mentoring physician assistants under her supervision. Her background uniquely positions her to understand the operational and health demands of high-performance professionals.

Beyond her professional life, Chelsea and her husband are the proud parents of six children, ranging in age from toddler to adult. Together, they have coached their children’s

sports teams, traveled internationally to expose them to diverse cultures, and visited state and national parks to instill an appreciation for the beauty of the outdoors. Their family emphasizes a life of service, volunteering within their community to give back and foster the same values of commitment and responsibility they hold dear.
