FIRE DEPARTMENT ANNUAL PHYSICAL SIGN-UPS

Front Line Mobile Health will be on site to perform blood draws from February 18th – March 7th.  Physicals will be performed on site from March 10th – May 2nd.

WHY FRONT LINE MOBILE HEALTH

Front Line Mobile Health will be offering cancer and cardiovascular-focused medical assessments for you, the firefighter. The physical will consist of the following:

  • Lab work to include Testosterone, Estradiol, Cortisol, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, and Tuberculosis
  • Full biometric assessment with vision, hearing, and body composition
  • Human Performance Assessment
  • Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET)
  • Chest X-Ray
  • Cancer Screening Ultrasounds & Lab work
  • Provider exam and consultation
