Step 1 – Online forms
June 2nd and June 4th
Step 2 – Blood Draws and FOBT (Fecal Occult Blood Test)
Blood draws will be performed individually at any LabCorp location from June 4th – July 16th
FOBT will be sent out to the department for individual testing (more to follow on this from Ops manager)
Step 3 – Diagnostic Testing (Onsite at EFR)
July 21st, 23rd, and 25th
Step 4 – Provider Visit (Onsite at EFR)
July 28th, 30th and August 1st

WHY FRONT LINE MOBILE HEALTH
Front Line Mobile Health will be offering cancer-focused medical assessments for you, the emergency responder. The physical will consist of the following:
- Cancer-screening lab work
- Body composition analysis
- Human Performance Assessment
- Chest X-Ray
- Cancer Screening Ultrasounds
- Provider exam and consultation
