Front Line Mobile Health will be providing cancer and cardiovascular-focused medical assessments.
Exact dates and times of appointments will coordinated approximately 90 days prior to the event.
This event is primarily cash pay. Front Line is having discussions with the Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield Benefits program but exact reimbursement is yet to be determined. The cost is $1150 per person. We accept HSA payments, checks, and all major credit cards. Our goal is to find a pathway that allows members to utilize their health plan for some of these services but that is not guaranteed at this moment.
