Make-up Physical Locations:
Front Line Mobile Health will be offering cancer and cardiovascular-focused medical assessments to honor first responders who served in the attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001. The physical will consist of the following:
- Lab work to include Testosterone, Estradiol, Cortisol, and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone
- Full biometric assessment with vision, hear, and body composition
- Human Performance Assessment
- Cardiopulmonary Testing (CPET)
- Chest X-Ray
- Cancer Screening Ultrasounds & Lab work
- Galleri Multi Cancer Early Detection Test
- Provider exam and consultation
