Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Collin Mullins is a licensed clinical psychologist and active duty Army officer with significant training in military assessments and identification of trauma related disorders.
Dr. Mullins completed his doctoral work at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. While there, he worked as a graduate student at The Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in the assessment and treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
Dr. Mullins was selected for the Army’s Health Professional Scholarship Program and commissioned as an active duty officer in 2018. He completed is internship and post-doctoral residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
He is as an Aeromedical Psychologist, proficient in interpreting psychological tests and assessments to determine flight status for pilots in accordance with Aeromedical Policy Letters and Army regulations.
In addition, Dr. Mullins worked as an evaluating psychologist for the Army’s Command Assessment Program, using psychological measures and evaluations to help select the very best individuals to lead US Army units.
He is currently assigned as the Brigade Psychologist for 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division where he completes security clearance evaluations, fitness for duty assessments, and advises command teams on personnel management. He is licensed to practice in two states, Wyoming and Virginia, with credentials through Psypact to practice telehealth.
